How does the treatment work?

Can the light damage my eyes?

NO. The brightness of the light may cause discomfortif your eyes are not coveredbut it will not damage your eyes like a laser light could. the light output has been measured to be well within the safety limits.

Does The Treatment hurt?

NO. There is no sensation at all , and the treatment area does not redden or become hot.

Is ENLIGHTEN safe for everyone?

The safety of enlighten has been closely monitored during clinical trials and there are no recorded side effects.It is recommended though that treatments are not carried out during pregnancy . Enlighten is not suitable for those with porphyria or any history of light induced rashes.

Can I be treated in my lunch hour?

Yes each eye takes 20 mins to treat and by using 2 machines you can have both eyes done simultaneously and the treatment can comfortably be completed in 30 mins.

How soon will I see results?

In our experience improvement is seen as early as the third treatment. We have also found that results vary from client to client, such factors as lifestyle, sun exposure etc do have a bearing on the results.
